ALL NEW UTILITIES AVAILABLE FROM THE CREATORS OF WOPR!
First off we have the WOPR Places Bar Customizer for Microsoft Office 2003 and the WOPR Places Bar Customizer for Microsoft Office XP. They're both stand-alone (i.e. they run outside of Microsoft Office) programs that allow you to customize the Microsoft Office common dialog box's Places Bar (e.g. the folder bar that runs along the left-hand side of each of the Microsoft Office application's common File Open, File Save As, etc. dialog boxes) so that you can quickly flip among various folder locations (i.e. "Places") on your computer.
 
With the WOPR Places Bar Customizer installed, you can quickly and easily rearrange the location of each of the five pre-defined Standard Places (e.g. My Recent Documents/History, Desktop, My Documents, My Computer/Favorites, and My Network Places/Web Folders) on the common dialog box's Places Bar. You can even add (or remove) up to 256 "User-Defined" Places with their own CUSTOM FOLDER ICONS (Office 2003 only) and flip the Places Bar into a "Small Icon" mode where you can see up to TEN (or more) Places on the Places Bar at one time! Once you see the all new WOPR Places Bar Customizer utility in action (with it's very easy to use interface and its "mock" Places Bar), I'm sure that you'll agree that Microsoft's built-in way pales by comparison.
 
Note that we've also created a matching version of the utility for use with Microsoft Office 2000. Therefore, if you like the way that the new version performs in Microsoft Office 2003 and/or Microsoft Office XP, then you can order a copy for use with Microsoft Office 2000 as well (appropriately named the "WOPR PlaceBar Customizer for Microsoft Office 2000").

Last but not least, we have the WOPR Enhanced Thesaurus for Microsoft Word 2003/2002/2000/97. This all new WOPR utility gives you quick and easy right-click access to synonyms, alternative word meanings, related expressions, and antonyms from within any Microsoft Word for Windows® document. Simply right-click on any word within your Word document, choose "Thesaurus (Synonyms, Antonyms, etc.)" from the shortcut menu that appears, and you'll be presented with a popup menu listing synonyms, alternative word meanings, related expressions, and antonyms for the lookup word.
 
Here's a list of just some of the features available in the all new WOPR Enhanced Thesaurus:
  • Works with Microsoft Word 2003, Word 2002/XP, Word 2000, and Word 97.
  • In many cases, the Enhanced Thesaurus offers quite a few more suggestions (i.e. synonyms, antonyms, and alternative word meanings) than does Word's built-in right-click "Synonyms" menu (obviously this only applies to Word 2000, Word 2002/XP, and Word 2003 since Word 97 doesn't have a built-in right-click "Synonyms" menu). For example, Word's right-click "Synonyms" menu only offers 8 synonym suggestions for the word "important", but WOPR's offers 17 synonyms plus a few alternative word meanings and antonyms too.
  • Displays parts of speech (e.g. Verb, Adjective, Noun, etc.) for the lookup word's meaning and for any alternative word meanings provided.
  • Displays synonyms, antonyms, word meanings, related words, and related expressions for the lookup word where available.
  • Retains character case for replaced words (e.g. if the first letter of the lookup word is capitalized, then the replacement word is also capitalized).
  • Allows you to quickly view and change the proofing language for the lookup word or phrase (e.g. easily change from "English (U.S.)" to "English (Australia)", etc.).
  • Provides a comprehensive list of synonyms for any available alternative meanings of the lookup word.
